Development History
Developed by Rockrose
Carnegie Hall Tower
One of New York's premier office towers, Carnegie Hall Tower was designed by world- class architects, Cesar Pelli. Designed to complement and connect to the famed landmarked Carnegie Hall, the building is a striking 60-story tower with 535,000 square feet of office space in a prime Manhattan location.
660 12th Avenue Federal Express Facility
This project was engineered to be built in two stages. The first stage comprised a three-story built-to-suit FedEx facility. The second phase, encompassing an additional 325,000 square feet, will be added to phase one. The 660 12th Ave. project is a classic example of flexible planning to accommodate the widest array of potential commercial tenants.

To diversify our office portfolio outside of Manhattan, Rockrose expanded to one of the most stable markets in the country, Washington, D.C., where we acquired over one million square feet of office space in six buildings, several of which have redevelopment potential.
Our team has an excellent knowledge of the New York and D.C. office markets, and is planning for continued expansion in both.
