Rockrose employees had their annual potluck lunch this Monday, and it was a smashing success! Home chefs from all departments (accounting, finance, leasing, human resources, IT, construction, acquisitions, property management) whipped up family recipes to share. Those who weren’t able to cook brought in much needed supplies, beverages, snacks and desserts to supplement the spread. The multi-cultural feast had delicacies including jerk chicken, oxtail stew, beef sliders, shrimp fried rice, manicotti, chicken wings, mac ‘n cheese, Chinese garlic eggplant, Greek salad, tabbouleh salad, veggie sides, flan, cookie bars, and more. Lunch was devoured quickly and luckily we have some leftovers for tomorrow, and we thank all who participated.
