When seeking a grocery operator for the luxury condominium Chelsea Mercantile at 252 Seventh Avenue, Rockrose looked beyond Manhattan to natural and organic food retailer Whole Foods. Instantly seeing the value this prominent retailer could bring to the project, we succeeded in bringing the first Whole Foods to Manhattan.
When building the luxury Queens West neighborhood in Long Island City, Rockrose targeted the services residents demanded and sought out the highest-quality retailers to fulfill these needs. The result was our proudly bringing Duane Reade, the Food Cellar, Shi Restaurant, and Blue Streak Wines to the now-thriving area.
Sometimes ingenuity goes a long way. At The Archive at 666 Greenwich Street, we turned our creativity full on when trying to secure a health club for the building, which seemed a monumental task at the time until we made the most of an opportunity.
